We are seeking a Pediatric Speech Therapist or Speech Therapy Clinical Fellow to join our multidisciplinary WonderLab team! You will provide direct patient care to children between birth and 18 years of age with a variety of diagnoses. Currently hiring for full time, but open to discuss part time position as well. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate rehabilitation and habilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
- Monitor and assess patient programs
- Convey treatment results and patient progress to relevant parties
- Organize and update patient records
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Adopt the WonderLab culture and values
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in speech therapy with children
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Passion to help and motivate others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in at least English and ideally also in Spanish
- Working with and adding to a team of energetic and motivated professional
Clinical Fellow pay rates $35.00-$38.00 per hour with fully licensed SLP's topping around $60.00 per hour

Getting therapy early is important to teach a child to speak, think, learn and move. Our desire is to provide therapy services to families of all income levels regardless of type of insurance coverage. We are interested in nurturing future therapists in pediatrics through mentoring and adding to the knowledge base by conducting IRB approved research. But we cannot achieve our goals alone.
